A graduate of Queen’s University in Belfast, Niamh has extensive experience in the fields of teaching and learning. She holds a Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from the British School of Coaching and is a Member of the Association for Coaching. Her extensive healthcare experience includes work as an action learning set facilitator with the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland’s Institute of Leadership at Dubai Healthcare City, as an instructor at the Mohammed Bin Rashid University in Dubai, and as an executive coach with healthcare professionals at various hospitals, including Sheikh Khalifa Medical City in Abu Dhabi.
With a collaborative and inclusive approach, Niamh works with IHLM to design and deliver leadership training in essential competencies such as coaching and mentoring skills for healthcare professionals, action learning and emotional intelligence.
