Enas Malkawi is a highly experienced education and training professional who has been designing and delivering management development programmes for healthcare professionals for over 16 years.

A graduate of the University of Jordan, Enas has worked in learning and development roles throughout her career – including as a training and development manager at Hamad Medical Corporation in Qatar. She has a particular interest in the development of nationals and the next generation of women leaders.

Enas works with IHLM to provide specialist training courses in healthcare communication. She is a member of the European Association of Communication in Healthcare (EACH) and is a certified trainer in both the Calgary-Cambridge medical consultation framework and the SEGUE framework for teaching and assessing healthcare communication skills.
